Team
Alycia Forbes, Founder
Alycia founded TAG Realty while balancing the responsibilities of young motherhood, returning to the workforce, and continuing her education. She completed her New York State Real Estate coursework through New York University in 2009 and has been actively practicing as a licensed real estate professional since that time.
Driven by a desire to build something more client-focused and values-driven, Alycia established her own brokerage, TAG Realty, in 2011.
The foundation of TAG Realty reflects Alycia’s professional principles and leadership. The company is built on a commitment to honesty, high-quality work, and exceptional attention to detail—values that are consistently demonstrated across all services and instilled in every team member she trains.
Dore Iglesias, Real Estate Agent
Dore has been with TAG Realty since its founding and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2011. As the company’s first employee, she has played an integral role in the growth and success of the organization.
Dore embodies the core values of TAG Realty and consistently exceeds expectations through her professionalism and dedication. She is an attentive, client-focused agent who prioritizes each client’s needs, budget, and objectives. Her commitment to delivering exceptional service makes her a trusted advisor and a valued member of the TAG Realty team.
Samantha Tremblay, Real Estate Agent
Samantha is a motivated young professional who has been part of TAG Realty since 2025. Her is evident in every facet of her work, treating each client's matters as if they were her own.
With a solid foundation in Equine Business Management, Samantha graduated from Post University in May 2025. She swiftly transitioned into real estate, obtaining her license by August 2025 and securing her first listing by September. Her unique ability to manage time efficiently while delivering high-quality work is truly exceptional.
